Anna Saunders is an independent contract physical therapist, based in Los Angeles, providing individualized and personal rehabilitative services. Anna has always felt that it was essential for performing artists to have a medical professional that could truly understand the demands of performing artists. Similarly with pelvic patients, Anna recognized the need for their medical professional to understand the bio-psycho-social complexities that are involved in treating the pelvis. Her mission is to provide a higher quality of care and expertise to these two very specialized patient populations. And so she does.

Anna is connected with a team of various specialists in the care and treatment of performing arts and pelvic health and loves to bring people together. From finding the proper nutritionist, yoga instructor, or doula, to helping you locate the right sexologist or psychologist, Anna is well connected to a variety of resources to help you get your needs met. ​

Depending on the type of care that you are seeking, services are available on-site, in Anna's home office, or in an outpatient clinical setting at Evergreen Physical Therapy.

ORTHOPEDICS
Anna has specialized training in the treatment of orthopedic injuries, and over 16 years of experience working in orthopedic rehabilitation. She is currently in a fellowship with the Manual Therapy Institute to become a Fellow of American Academy of Orthopaedic Manual Therapy (FAAOMPT).

Starting with a thorough evaluation of your biomechanics and movement pattern, and getting an extensive history of your injury and lifestyle, Anna would love to help you prevent, manage, and treat any of your orthopedic injuries.
